Roll Call The City ofTiffin City Council held awork session Tuesday, December 16, 2025, attheTiffin Fire Station. Mayor Kasparek called the meeting toorder at6:30PM. Upon rollbeing called thefollowing members were present: Eric Schnedler, AlHavens, Chris Olney, Tim Orris andSkylar Limkemann. Others present were City Administrator Doug Boldt, Assistant City Administrator Ashley Platz andCity Clerk Abigail Hora. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove agenda byOlney. Second byOrris. Allayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion and Review ofAutomated License Plate Readers Discussion: Sheriff Kunkel andoth inquired about coverage intheindustrial park andalong South Park Road. Itwas noted that implementation willoccur inphases, andthese areas canberevisited once thesystem isoperational. Overall coverage is strengthened byneighboring communities that also utilize automated license plate readers. Information may beshared with state andlocal lawenforcement agencies. Data isonly retained for30days, andtheCity isthe sole customer. D. Questions from Council Members regarding items ontheRegular City Council Agenda orReports E. Other Business F.
