Second byOrris. Allayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion and Review ofCity ofTiffin FY2025 Audit BerganKDV Discussion: Nancy Schulzetenberg with BerganKDV present viaMicrosoft Teams topresent adraft ofthe FY25 audit. Presentation and communication letter were included inthepacket. D. Discussion: Council Members Limkemann andSchnedler discussed theCity attending the2026 ICSC Annual Conference. Itwasnoted that economic development efforts typically take three years toshow measurable progress. Conference dates andattendee information willbeshared atalater time. E. Discussion and Review ofFY2026-2027 Budget Discussion: City Administrator Doug Boldt reviewed thefirst draft ofrevenues with Council. Aspecial budget meeting willbeheld thesecond week ofFebruary. F.
