Pelling (patching mix) It was recommended that the Council not pass the Highway Commission Ordinance restricting accesses and that they be notified by letter that it was for these reasons: (a) That it restricts any further development of commercial property within the Town. (b) That any traffic problems related to growth in the Town are the responsibility of the Town and that Tiffin is well capable of handling such problems. The purpose of this ordinance is basically traffic control, which is the right of towns within their corporate limits. Glenn suggested that we have one man investigate possibilities of new industry in the Town and have him or the entire Council meet with the Zoning Commission. One man could be appointed Growth & Development Chairman, and two or more councilmen devote most of their time to the sewer project. McCool will be contacted again about burning the trees by the tracks. Bill moved, Ted seconded the motion that the meeting adjourn. Carried Margie O'Doole OWN CLERK
