TOWN OF TIFFIN TIFFIN, IOWA Members Present Wayne Bill Ted Glenn Meeting brought to order at 7:30 by Town Council— Motion by Stratton, seconded by Potter to appoint Vernay as Acting Mayor and Clerk. MC. Motion by Stratton seconded by Sprung that all business places now holding cigarette permits be renewed when proper applications and license fees are presented. MC. Motion by Potter seconded by Stratton that Class C Liquor license be renewed for The Park Restaurant and Lounge, etc. Motion by Stratton seconded by Sprung that Class B Permit (Beer) be issued to Tiffin Inn. MC. Motion by Stratton seconded by Potter in adjournment. MC.
