The meeting was reopened by Mayor Stratton on 8-12-66. The council voted as follows to accept the bid submitted by the Iowa State Bank and Trust Company.

Nays: None
Absent: Bill Verry
Ted Spivey made a motion the meeting be adjourned and Bill Brean seconded it. The motion carried.
