NOTICE TO VOTERS: For an affirmative vote upon any question submitted upon this ballot make a cross (X) or check (✓) in the square after the word "Yes". For a negative vote make a similar mark in the square following the word "No". SHALL THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC MEASURE BE ADOPTED? Shall the Town of Tiffin, in Johnson County, Iowa, establish and erect a municipal waterworks with all the necessary mains, filters and other requisites, the maximum expenditure for the establishment of such waterworks not to exceed the sum of $115,000.00 to be paid solely out of the net earnings of such municipal waterworks without the incurring of any indebtedness therefor by said Town?
