Glenn Potter made a motion to grant Ned Langenberg a building permit. Ned Allen seconded. All in favor. Mayor Bream presented copies of water census DeWaine Slade took to each Council member. Council members will talk to people to try and raise our number of signers to satisfy F.H.A. requirements. The ditch to the sewer was discussed. Chadek and Grace will be contacted to look at it and put in bids. Ned Allen made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Dale Flansburg seconded the motion. All in favor. [Signature] Gary L. Bowman, Clerk Minutes of Special Council Meeting, November 14, 1968, Tiffin, Iowa Mayor Bream called the meeting to order to bring up-to-date our number of signed water users. Present: Ned Allen, Dale Flansburg, Fred Moore, Glenn Potter, Ted Spivey, and Ralph Neuzil. Absent: None The Council brought in 27 more water user contracts. This brought up the town's minimum number of users to 77 single units. The school would have an additional 19 plus an additional 5 for the Lark.
