By a roll call vote- Aye- Allen, Flansburg, Michel, and Spivey. Nay- None. Fonnie Grindstaff (water deposit) $25.00 Fonnie Grindstaff (beer & cigarette Permits) 253.00 Clear Creek School (water rental) 90.00 Clear Creek Scholl (4 months crossing watchman) 225.00 Johnson Co. Treasurer (taxes) 745.42 State Compt. (road use tax) 481.55 Townspeople (sewer rental) 594.76 Total $2414.73 Ned Allen made the motion to adjourn. Jerry Michel seconded it.
