______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS March 12, 2021 • Another aspect of the fire department transition that also needs some direction is the fire chief’s position (under the City). Although this has been talked about in passing with the transition agreement and the new ordinance, this has not been discussed by the full city council. I think it would be a good idea to have this discussion to make sure everyone is on the same page with this position and to determine how the council would like to see it proceed.
