Date of Event: 4/17/2021 Time of Event: 11:00am-3:00pm Estimated Number of Participants: 100 families Person Responsible for Monitoring Event: Prevent Child Abuse Johnson County Tiffin Site Coordinator/ Family Wellbeing Associates staff member Plan for Restroom Facilities: 2 port-a-potties Plan for Police Protection: Police will be notified of event and invited to participate but will not be needed on site for the event Describe Clean Up Plans: Volunteers will clean and dispose of debris left Parking Plan: In the field adjacent to the building if ground is dry, incase of mud or mobility concerns side street parking may be utilized with traffic control by volunteers and barriers/signage Description of Mechanical or Electronic Equipment to be used for Sound Amplification: N/A Number and Type of Vehicles Including Bicycles to be Used in Event: N/A Temporary Signage Request: Sandwich board signs and pinwheels to guide families to the event site Special Circumstances Requested from City: Possible traffic control barriers ie.
