22. This Agreement shall become effective upon signing by both parties and shall remain in effect until June 30, 2030.
23. The Sheriff or City may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party not less than one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the termination date. The effective date of termination will occur one hundred eighty (180) days following written notice or upon another termination date agreed to by the parties in writing.
24. Upon execution of each party to this Agreement, this Agreement shall be electronically filed by the County with the Secretary of State pursuant to Iowa Code §28E.8.
