December 17, 2021 Doug Boldt, City Administrator City of Tiffin 300 Railroad Street Tiffin, Iowa 52340 Re: Tiffin Public Works Building Dear Mr. Boldt, On December 16th, 2021, at 10 AM, we opened bids on the new Tiffin Public Works Building project for the City of Tiffin. There were seven (7) bidders for the project. The low bid for the project was submitted by Woodruff Construction, Tiffin, Iowa. The bid submitted was $2,552,000.00. After review of the bids submitted, and conversations with the low bidder, it is my recommendation that the council approves the bid from Woodruff Construction in the amount of $2,552,000.00.
