The initial evaluation will allow the City to better understand the operational needs of the Fire Department, compare the two City-owned sites, identify development constraints and opportunities, and develop preliminary cost information before making future decisions regarding the project. Recommendation Staff is requesting City Council approval to issue the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Fire Station Site Evaluation, Planning, and Design Services. ATTACHMENTS: RFQ 2
