OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITIES  Owner is responsible for accuracy and completeness of the information provided to MSA.  Owner will provide MSA with full information as to Owner’s requirements for the project.  Owner will provide timely response to questions in order to meet deadlines for agreed- upon construction schedule.  Owner shall contract directly with Municipal Advisor and Bond Counsel for project- related services  Owner shall contract directly for Geotechnical services such as soil borings, if deemed necessary  Pay Permit Fees for permits listed in the Permitting section.
