Appendix B STRATEGIC PLANNING SESSION AND GOAL SETTING SESSION FOR 2021 TIFFIN, IOWA PRELIMINARY QUESTIONNAIRE Introduction. The Mayor and City Council of the City of Tiffin will be conducting a strategic planning session on December 14, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall. The purpose of the session will be to identify and prioritize the City’s overall goals and objectives for the next two years. In order to prepare for this session, you’re being asked to help identify key issues and potential objectives in the survey below. The survey results will be reviewed by the Mayor and City Council prior to the ranking of any goals for the City. Please return your completed questionnaire by December 9th.
