February10, 2022 VIA E-MAIL Doug Boldt City Administrator/City Hall Tiffin, IA Re: 2017 Park Place Commercial Renewal Area (2022 Amendment) Our File No. 436989-37 Dear Doug: We have prepared the attached materials which will enable the City Council to act on February 15, 2022 to set March 15, 2022 as the date for a public hearing on the amendment to the existing urban renewal plan for the area. The notice which is included in the attached resolution must be published once, not less than four (4) and not more than twenty (20) days prior to the March 15th hearing date. The last date on which the notice can effectively be published is March 11, 2022. Please print a separate copy of the notice for delivery to the newspaper. Please email a copy of the published notice [email protected]. Also, a “consultation session” must be set up with the local county and school districts. Please refer to my separate letter attached for further details.
