Clear Creek Amana Post Prom • PO Box 45, Tiffin, Iowa 52340 [email protected] Dear Friends & Family of Clear Creek Amana High School: As you know, the past two years have been difficult for everyone and we were unable to provide a traditional prom experience for our students. Because of this, donations collected the past two years provided seniors with a graduation gift. This year we are beyond excited to be able to provide a Prom and Post Prom experience for our CCAHS students. We want to provide an alcohol and drug free enjoyable event that these young people will be able to reminisce about for years to come! Our primary goal of keeping students safe underscores the importance of this endeavor. It is our pleasure to announce that the Clear Creek Amana’s Post Prom Committee will hold Post Prom on Saturday, April 30th at Clear Creek Amana High School, following the formal dance. Here is how you can help: None of this can be accomplished without the generous support of our community partners. Because we do not receive funds from the school district, we must rely solely on our local businesses and families to help us make this important event happen. We are hoping that you and/or your business will help us by supporting our efforts. Donations can be monetary, a gift card, or even a product from your business. This will allow us to provide entertainment and to purchase supplies, prizes, products, and gift certificates for game prizes. As a special thank you we would like to offer any business/family who contributes a cash donation of $100 or more to be listed as a proud sponsor. We will display the sign at the high school the week of prom, during Post Prom, and you will be recognized on our social media page. Since our budget depends on you, we ask that you mail your donation as soon as possible so that we will know what we have to work with for Post Prom activities. Please make checks payable to CCA Post Prom and they can be mailed in the return envelope provided or, if you would prefer, email us and we will be more than happy to personally pick up your donation!
