RESOLUTION NO. 2022-022 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ESCROW AGREEMENT FOR THE MADDEN ADDITION Whereas, the Developer, MHB Properties, LLC, had requested and was approved for an escrow agreement by the City of Tiffin at the November 2, 2021, city council meeting for the Madden Addition, and; Whereas, the Developer has requested an amendment to that escrow agreement (attached) for the Madden Addition, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, with the approval of this resolution the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the attached Amendment to Escrow Agreement. On the 1st day of March, 2022, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson _____ introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2022-022, A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ESCROW AGREEMENT FOR THE MADDEN ADDITION and made a motion for approval. Ayes: Nays: Absent: Whereupon _____ Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2022-022, A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ESCROW AGREEMENT FOR THE MADDEN ADDITION to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
