PROJECT UPDATE
Planning & Zoning (P&Z)
MSA attended the February 16 P&Z Meeting for introductions and initial discussions on upcoming
developments. As follow-up from that meeting MSA met with Staff on February 23 to discuss the City’s planning
needs. One outcome of the discussion is that MSA’s planning team will assist in reviewing new Planned
Development Overlays (OPDs) in conjunction with engineering reviews to help better align current growth with
the City’s longer-term goals.
PARK PLACE PART 8 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT REVIEW
We have reviewed construction documents from the Developer on behalf of the City. Initial comments to City
Staff are being provided on Friday 2/24.
