RESOLUTION NO. 2022-047 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF JUNE 7, 2022, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE SALE OF A PORTION OF PUBLIC PROPERTY KNOWN AS OUTLOT C, IN PRAIRIE VILLAGE RESIDENTIAL – PART ONE, IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN Whereas, the portion of Outlot C in Prairie Village Residential – Part One intended to be conveyed to Philip J. Hartung, owner of 906 Ella Avenue, is approximately 878 square feet (final area to be determined by survey), abutting Ella Avenue and adjacent to 906 Ella Avenue as shown on the attached drawing; Whereas, the City intends to convey said portion of property for $500. Now, therefore be it resolved that a public hearing regarding the disposition of real estate shall be held at 7:00 p.m. on June 7, 2022. On the 17th day of May, 2022, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson _____ introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2022-047, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF JUNE 7, 2022, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE SALE OF A PORTION OF PUBLIC PROPERTY KNOWN AS OUTLOT C, IN PRAIRIE VILLAGE RESIDENTIAL – PART ONE, IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson _____. Ayes: Nays: Absent: Whereupon _____ Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2022-047, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF JUNE 7, 2022, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE SALE OF A PORTION OF PUBLIC PROPERTY KNOWN AS OUTLOT C, IN PRAIRIE VILLAGE RESIDENTIAL – PART ONE, IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
