24. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS. A. Buyer shall repair the sidewalk damage in front of the electric box located on his property and adjacent to Highway 6. B. Buyer shall install a retaining wall around the electric box adjacent to Highway 6. C. After construction of the public improvement project is complete, Buyer shall repair any fence damaged by Buyer, and shall install a gate at the north end of the fence. D. Manholes for the public improvement project shall be as flush with the adjoining ground as possible. E. Upon execution of this purchase agreement, Buyer shall have immediate access to the property described on Exhibit A in order to gather survey and soil data.
