K-4 - Position Promotion Letter from PWD

July 22, 2022 Doug, I have been doing my annual evaluating of the current employees in the Public Works Department. Colton Beckler has been with the City for 4 years now and at this time I would like to recommend that he be moved from a PW Worker I to a PW Worker II. Colton has the knowledge and the ability to be moved up. He has shown me that he is able to complete projects and tasks without my oversight and to my satisfaction. Colton is fully capable of running any piece of equipment or vehicle that the City owns at this time. He shows the willingness to look for solutions and projects to better the community and likes to handle that responsibility. Thank you for your consideration on this recommendation.
