We have examined an abstract of title which covers and includes the above-described real estate, last certified to January 2, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. by Reliance Title Services, and from such examination we find record title to said real estate to be in the names of JOSEPH C. JOHNSTON AND AMANDA POTTERFIELD Subject to the following: 1. The above-described real estate is free and clear of all liens and mortgages except as hereinafter shown. 2.
