CCA CLIPPERS Clear Creek Amana Post Prom ↔ PO Box 45, Tiffin, Iowa 52340 [email protected] Dear Friends & Family of Clear Creek Amana High School: On Saturday, April 29th, Clear Creek Amana High School will celebrate CCA Prom. Each year the Post-Prom Committee organizes an alcohol and drug free, enjoyable event that young people will be able to reminisce about for years to come! Last year, thanks to generous donations from our community, we were able to reach that goal. Direct financial donations made it possible for us to purchase entertainment for the evening (such as yard games, board games, inflatables, and a hypnotist) as well as senior gifts and gift cards for all other guests. We also provided karaoke in the Performing Arts Center. This year, with your assistance, we would like to continue to offer this memorable occasion at Clear Creek. None of this could be accomplished without the support of our generous partners. Because we do not receive funds from the school district, we must rely solely on our local businesses and families to help us make this an enjoyable event. We hope you agree with the value of providing safe post-prom activities and will support our efforts. Donations can be in the form of gift cards, free or discounted products, or monetary donations. This will allow us to provide entertainment and to purchase supplies, gifts, products, and fun for all! We want you to know that your donation means so much to us, and we want to give back!! We will display your name at the high school the week of prom and throughout the post-prom activities. Families follow us on Facebook at "CCA Post Prom" in order to learn about our planned activities and will also see your insignia shout out! Since our budget depends on you, we’d appreciate your considerate donation mailed by January 31st. Please make checks payable to CCA Post Prom and mail them in the return envelope provided. If you would prefer, email us and we will be more than happy to personally pick up your donation! Because we are a non-profit, your donation is tax deductible.
