City of Tiffin March 3, 2023 PROJECT UPDATE DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE Shamrock Center, Lot 1 Review comments were provided to the developer’s engineer on 2/22/23. Lotus Hill OPD MSA reviewed preliminary concepts for development and provided comments to the developer and its engineer on February 2, 2023. A meeting with City staff was held on 3/2/2023. MSA will provide more direction to the developer’s engineer. The States OPD MSA reviewed preliminary concepts for development and provided comments to the developer and its engineer on February 2, 2023. A meeting with City staff was held on 3/2/2023. MSA will provide more direction to the developer’s engineer. Daytona Estates OPD The OPD was received on 2/21/2023. Preliminary comments have been prepared and will be sent to the developer’s engineer on 3/3/2023. Park Place Part 8 Construction on this residential development has begun. MSA is providing weekly project update reports to city staff. Shamrock Center, Lot 2 Review comments were provided to the design engineer on 2/13/2023. Little Clippers Day Care MSA received the site plan on 2/22/2023. Initial review is complete, however, additional information will be requested from the developer’s engineer. Hawk Wash The revised site plan has been reviewed with a draft of the comments completed. MSA will send out final comments to the developer’s engineer on 3/6/2023. PROJECT UPDATE Page 2 of 3
