Whereupon _____ Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2023-022, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DECLARATION OF SHARED DETENTION BASIN EASEMENT, THE CONSTRUCTION AND DEDICATION AGREEMENT AND THE TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FOR THE DETENTION BASIN TO BE CONSTRUCTED BY HAWK WASH LLC, IN THE TIFFIN CITY PARK to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
