HAWK WASH WILL NOTIFY ITS CONTRACTORS THAT HAWK WASH DOES NOT HAVE TITLE TO THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED AND THAT HAWK WASH'S RIGHTS PURSUANT TO THIS EASEMENT EXPIRE AS PROVIDED HEREIN, AND THAT HAWK WASH DOES NOT CONSENT TO THE CREATION OF ANY LIEN AGAINST THE REAL ESTATE.
