TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AGREEMENT (DETENTION BASIN CONSTRUCTION) THIS AGREEMENT, is made and entered into as of March ___, 2023, by and between HAWK WASH, LLC, an Iowa limited liability company ("HAWK WASH"), and the CITY OF TIFFIN, a municipal entity within the State of Iowa (the "CITY"). In consideration of one dollar and other valuable consideration HAWK WASH and CITY agree as follows: 1. HAWK WASH states and covenants that it is the owner of certain real estate described as: LOT 1, HOYT'S FIRST SUBDIVISION, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 41, PLAT RECORDS OF JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA. that it is lawfully possessed of said real estate, and that it has good and lawful right to agree to the provisions of this Agreement. 2.
