M. Reports from City Personnel 1. Mayor’s Report – Nothing to Report 2. City Council Reports – Discussion: Councilperson Havens commends Public Works on the clean up work after last Monday’s storm and wanted to mention the pond on Goldfinch looks great. 3. Director of Public Work’s Report – Nothing to Report 4. Building Official’s Report – Discussion: Brian Shay presents municipal infractions for next spring when residents are in accordance with our ordinances. 5. Recreation Director’s Report – Discussion: Numbers are strong for flag football, volleyball, and adult softball. We also obtained a youth basketball league from a local resident. 6. Engineer’s Report – Nothing to Report 7. City Attorney’s Report – Nothing to Report 8. City Administrator’s Report – Discussion: The City will be submitting two claims from storm damage to City owned property. We are working with the school on a 28-E for gym space. N.
