______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS May 12, 2023 • Attached is a concept drawing of the North Park Road Reconstruction Project that is part of the 30% design plans review. Representatives from MSA Professional Services will be at the work session on Tuesday night to discuss and review this plan with the council. • Representatives for the Grove Park Project will also be at the work session on Tuesday night to give an update on the project. They will also want to discuss with the council a resolution of support (tentatively on the regular agenda) for their Workforce Housing Tax Credit application and the required City match/contribution as has been done with previous Workforce Housing Tax Credit projects. Not pertinent to the Workforce Housing Tax Credit application, but an issue the Faselts’ are requesting to discuss, is the attached TIF summary for the project.
