City of Tiffin June 30, 2023 PROJECT UPDATE DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE Lotus Hill OPD & The State OPD MSA provided reviews of the preliminary plats for both developments with no further comments. Some comments were made that will be incorporated into the improvement plans. Park Place Part 8 A punch list review was conducted on-site on 6/26/2023 with a summary of items identified sent out to the developer. Additionally, MSA provided review comments on the final plat and sent those to the developer on 6/28/2023. Little Clippers Day Care MSA reviewed this site plan and offered no additional comments on 6/21/2023. Tiffin Heights West Utility Extensions MSA is nearing completion of the review of utility extensions to this development. Prairie Village Commercial Part 1, Lot 2 MSA is currently reviewing this site plan. Upcoming Projects Major Upcoming Description Next Steps/Schedule Infrastructure Project Wastewater Treatment Improvements The current wastewater treatment facility (WWTF) has a Final Compliance with NPDES chloride compliance schedule. There is not any wastewater Permit required October 1, 2025. treatment equipment/processes designed to remove chloride so typically source control is the only economical means of MSA presented its findings on meeting compliance. The existing treatment facility is at about November 1st. MSA has 50% capacity.
