Notes for the Work Session - 9-1-23

______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS September 1, 2023 • Attached is an aerial of the Jim Bartels City Park and specifically the shelter off of the east/west parking lot. During one of the budget work sessions, the council discussed adding shelters to the east of the existing shelter. Before Brian gets too far into this project, we wanted to make sure the next shelter, along with the sidewalk leading to it, met the vision of the council from the budget work session. What Brian and I remember from the work session was the next shelter would be east and a little south of the existing shelter with a sidewalk coming off of the north/south sidewalk leading to it. Again, we just wanted to confirm this location prior to moving forward with the project.
