AGENDA ITEM # K-2 • Additional Recreation Center amenities are not included unless specifically identified in the reservation. The agreement also contains hold-harmless and indemnification language and requires the signed agreement to be completed before payment is collected and the reservation is finalized. Staff Recommendation Staff recommends approval of the proposed Tiffin Recreation Center Rental Fee Schedule and Rental Agreement, allowing the Parks & Recreation Department to begin accepting facility rental reservations under a consistent and standardized process. Approval would establish the proposed fees and authorize use of the Rental Agreement and Facility & Room Use Policies for Recreation Center rentals. ATTACHMENTS: Rental Agreement 3
