City Council Reports – Discussion: Council Person Schnedler discusses the loss of busing to Tiffin Heights/Tiffin Heights East. 3. Director of Public Work’s Report – Discussion: Public Works Director Brian Detert reported most of the work to the roundabout is complete. They are still working on the City Hall beautification. The Fountain cable in the big pond is wrapped around the pump and will need to be looked at. 4. Building Official’s Report – Discussion: Nothing to Report. 5. Recreation Director’s Report – Discussion: Recreation Director Frank Haege discussed the vandalism at the parks bathroom. Cameras will be in use to record activity. Recycling will begin in the upcoming weekend at the park. 6. Engineer’s Report – Discussion: Nothing to Report. 7. City Attorney’s Report – Discussion: Nothing to Report. 8. City Administrator’s Report – Discussion: City Administrator Doug Boldt discussed permeable pavers project was on hold due to fabric material but it should be starting again soon, weather permitting.
