______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS March 1, 2024 • Katie Reierson and Lexi Luneckas will be at the work session to review with the council the City tagline that was discussed at the February 6th council meeting and continue with the discussion of the options for the City logo redesign. • Time permitting, I will provide an update and review of the FY 2024-2025 budget. If we run out of time in the work session, I may use time during my report for the review. • With the council’s approval of the 28E Agreement with the CCA School District for the Springmier Library, the next step would be to advertise and hire a Library Director. Attached is a draft job description for the position. The District is scheduled to discuss the 28E Agreement on March 6th. We will jointly advertise the position after the March 19th council meeting.
