Tiffin Heights West No further comments. UNDER CONSTRUCTION Development Name Description Hawk Wash Detention basin and area around will be reseeded in Spring of 2025. Park Place City Center, Lot 8 MSA is performing observations for this project for the public improvement portion. Tiffin West ON Site MSA is performing observations for this project. Underground utilities have been completed. Road has been constructed and site has been stabilized. Final grading and misc. remaining construction work to be completed. Final completion walkthrough scheduled for 11/25/24. Tiffin Heights West IDOT Utility Extension – MSA is performing observations for this project. Water main Along Hwy 6 from Deer View to Half Moon along Hwy 6 has passed testing, water main north along Half Ave & Tiffin West ON Site. Moon pending testing. Sanitary sewer to begin next along Hwy 6 followed by onsite improvements. AWAITING RESUBMISSION Development Name Description Prairie Village Commercial Part 1, Lot 2 Review comments sent 7/25/23.
