City of Tiffin November 25, 2024 PROJECT UPDATE MSA received the concept report from DOT recommending replacement of areas of sidewalk along the corridor on 11/8/2024. This work has been incorporated into the revised D5 plans sent to DOT on 11/22/24. Comprehensive Water System Evaluation – Clint Wienen The only item of consequence is that Doug and I had a conference call with the review Engineer on 11/20/24 to discuss the Viability Self-Assessment. A response letter and revised pages from the Viability Self- Assessment were provided to the DNR on 11/25/2024. Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant Design – Clint Wienen The plans, specs, and construction schedules were sent to the DNR on August 29, 2024 for approval. Pedestrian light (RRFB) on eastern leg of roundabout at Hwy 6 & Park Road. – Andrew Inhelder RRFBs are installed and operational. Contractor is reviewing the settings and connection to phones and will provide additional information to City Staff. Lead Service Line Inventory. – Andrew Inhelder Report finalized for final review and submittal to the DNR by City Staff. Fire Station Grading/Drainage Improvements. – Andrew Inhelder MSA compiled several conceptual options with cost impacts and have sent to City Staff. PROJECT UPDATE Page 2 of 4
