G-2, I-2 - Resolution 2025-037 - Approving Plans, Specs, Contract, Estimate for Water Treatment Upgrade Project

The Mayor announced that bids for the construction of the Water Treatment Plant Upgrades Project had been received before 2:00 p.m., on April 10, 2025, at City Hall, Tiffin, Iowa, and that on the same day, at the same time, in the same place, such bids had been opened and read, and that this was the time and place set for the consideration of such bids. Thereupon, the results of the bidding were reported, and MSA Professional Services, Inc. (the "Project Engineers") made their recommendations thereon to the City Council.
