Procurement Process: In accordance with the City of Tiffin’s purchasing policy, staff obtained three written quotes from separate companies. Staff researched our current software providers, Revize and Tyler Technologies. We also reached out to Granicus and CivicPlus, the largest providers of government agenda management solutions in the nation. Granicus was unable to schedule a demo or meeting within a reasonable timeframe. Staff felt comfortable proceeding with the three quotes received. <table> <tr> <th>Company Name</th> <th>Quote Price (One-time/Annual Fees)</th> </tr> <tr> <td>Tyler Technologies - Meeting Manager</td> <td>$9,300/$4,578</td> </tr> <tr> <td>CivicPlus – Meeting & Media Manager</td> <td>$6,925/$3,300 (5% annual increase)</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Revize – Agenda Builder</td> <td>$4,950/$2,000</td> </tr> </table> Recommendation: After reviewing quotes and assessing the City’s needs, staff recommends continuing with our current website provider, Revize, and acquiring their agenda management and minutes creation module. This module also offers an option to load videos, should a future council choose to pursue recording and streaming meetings.
