______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS April 11, 2025 • With bids being received for the Water Treatment Plant Upgrades Project earlier this week, we can now present a complete picture for the options of the water (and potentially sewer) rate structure. Attached is the information Heidi Kuhl with Northland Securities has put together to review. Heidi will be at the meeting Tuesday night to discuss this in more detail and go over what the long-term needs will be for the City to pay for the water improvements and what it will take to satisfy the requirements of the State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan.
