______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS May 2, 2025 • Darryl High will be at the work session to continue the conversation of trying to construct and connect East Village Drive all the way to South Park Road. • Attached are the updated water rate increase structure options for council review as a result of the last work session at the April 15th meeting. Both attached scenarios phase in the rate increase by using the $1M reverse that has been set-aside for this project. The other difference in the scenarios is the gradual increase of the base rate or the immediate increase of the base rate to $15.00. Please review the attachments as the final agreed upon rate structure increase will be submitted with the application for the State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan.
