City of Tiffin March 26, 2025 PROJECT UPDATE NORTH PARK ROAD IMPROVEMENTS – JAMES WATTERS MSA has submitted a professional services agreement for construction observation and administration for the for the project. Construction started in late February with tree clearing work. March work by contractor has included site grading, storm sewer installation, and watermain installation starting at the south end of the project near USH 6 roundabout and working north. The detour of N Park Rd for through traffic will be put in place starting April 21st. MSA and City have been in coordination with CCA schools located along the project and they are aware of the upcoming detour route. Details of the detour route include the following. o Access to Tiffin Elementary and School Bus Loop will only be available from the south via USH 6 to N Park Rd. o Access to Oak Hill Elementary will only be available from the north. o Detour route is indicated in green on graphic below. Route will utilize Oakdale Blvd, Croell Ave, and USH 6 (Marengo Rd) PROJECT UPDATE Page 2 of 4
