Roll Call The City of Tiffin City Council held a work session Tuesday, May 7th, 2024, at the City Hall Council Chamber. Mayor Kasparek called the meeting to order at 5:34 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Tim Orris, Skylar Limkemann, Christine Olney, Al Havens, Eric Schnedler. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt and Deputy City Clerk Brianna Wilkerson. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda with removal of item C by Orris. Second by Havens. All ayes, agenda approved. C. Introduction of Kam South and Ashton Rosen from Retail Strategies Discussion: Retail Strategies delayed at airport. D. Discussion and Review of Grove Park Alternative Concept Discussion: Presented new concept to seek informal feedback from council due to costs and rates being a challenge. E. Discussion and Review of Potential future Recreation/Wellness Center – Floor Plan, Façade and Site Layout Discussion: Council reviewed the design/concept again. Discussed next steps of how to get public input. F. Questions from Council Members regarding items on the Regular City Council Agenda or Reports G. Other Business H.
