Roll Call The City of Tiffin City Council held a work session Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at the City Hall Council Chamber. Mayor Kasparek called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Tim Orris, Eric Schnedler, Skylar Limkemann, Al Havens, Chris Olney. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt and Deputy City Clerk Brianna Wilkerson. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Orris. Second by Schnedler. All ayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion and Review of Implementation of Ordinance 2024-509 – Single-Purpose Water Meters Discussion: Residents with a 2nd meter will have the opportunity for the City to buy back the meter for $200 within 60 days of receiving notification via letter. If they choose to not participate, the 2nd meter will be charged the sewer base rate. All meters will be billed the same. D. Review of Job Description for Assistant City Administrator’s Position Discussion: Council approved the job description. Will be presented at next council meeting. Once approved, it will be posted for 30 days. E. Review of Potential Topographical changes to Woodfield Park Discussion: A portion of the sidewalk in the north corner will be removed and the area will be regraded. The sidewalk would reconnect south of the existing connection. A drainage way will be created. F. Questions from Council Members regarding items on the Regular City Council Agenda or Reports G.
