MINUTES PROVIDING FOR PASSAGE OF AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT FOR THE JULY, 2024 ADDITION TO THE 2017 PARK PLACE COMMERCIAL URBAN RENEWAL AREA 436989-44 Tiffin, Iowa July 16, 2024 The City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, met on July 16, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., at the Tiffin City Hall Council Chambers, in the City. The Mayor presided and the roll was called showing members present and absent, as follows: Present: ____________________________________________________________ Absent: ________________________________. Council Member __________________________ introduced an ordinance entitled “Ordinance No. ________. An Ordinance Providing for the Division of Taxes Levied on Taxable Property in the July, 2024 Addition to the 2017 Park Place Commercial Urban Renewal Area, Pursuant to Section 403.19 of the Code of Iowa.” It was moved by Council Member __________________________ and seconded by Council Member __________________________ that the ordinance be adopted. Whereupon, the Mayor declared the motion duly carried and declared that the ordinance had been given its initial consideration.
