Easements from DERS Investments, LLC, as it relates to the North Park Road Improvements Project. Motion to approve Resolution 2024-062 – A Resolution to Authorize the City Administrator and City Attorney to Sign the Easement Agreements and all Necessary Document and take all Necessary Action to Secure the Easements from DERS Investments, LLC, as it relates to the North Park Road Improvements Project by Limkemann. Second by Orris. Roll Call: Schnedler, Limkemann, Havens, Orris, Olney. All ayes, motion carried. 3. Resolution 2024-063 – A Resolution to Authorize the City Administrator and City Attorney to Sign the Easement Agreements and all Necessary Documents and take all Necessary Action to Secure the Easements from DERS Development, LLC, as it relates to the North Park Road Improvements Project.
