1. March 10, 1993 Decision an ordinance, granting Iowa-Illinois Gas and Electric Company a twenty-five year gas franchise, was adopted by the council on March 10, 1993.

2. May 18, 1993 Decision A special city election on the gas franchise to Iowa-Illinois Gas and Electric Company was ordered for May 18, 1993, from noon until 8:00 o'clock in the evening.

   “That a special election is hereby called and ordered to be held in the City of Tiffin, Iowa on the 18th day of May, 1993, from 12:00 o'clock Noon until 8:00 o'clock in the evening”
