18.03 PUBLICATION OF MINUTES

Within 15 days after a regular or special City Council meeting, the Clerk must provide for the publication of the proceedings of the meeting. The publication must include a list of all claims allowed and a summary of all receipts, and the publication must show the gross amount of the claims.

Dates: an Iowa ordinance takes effect when it is published after adoption. Where the clerk's certificate records the publication date it is used; otherwise the adoption date stands in for it. "Not yet consolidated" means the ordinance amends this section but its new text has not been checked into this compilation yet: read the ordinance.
