161.07 PERMIT REQUIRED

No landowner or developer will receive any construction runoff permit, building permit, provisional use permit, conditional use permit or special exception permit without first meeting the requirements of this chapter prior to commencing the proposed activity.

Dates: an Iowa ordinance takes effect when it is published after adoption. Where the clerk's certificate records the publication date it is used; otherwise the adoption date stands in for it.
