161.05 ADMINISTRATION

The City Administrator or designee will administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this chapter. Any powers granted or duties imposed upon the City may be delegated by the City to persons or entities acting in the beneficial interest of or in the employ of the City.

Dates: an Iowa ordinance takes effect when it is published after adoption. Where the clerk's certificate records the publication date it is used; otherwise the adoption date stands in for it.
